When do I pay?
Only when you start document checks. Adding workers and seeing their checklists is free.
What happens when I add workers later?
No extra initial document-check fee. Your monthly plan moves to the right band from your next bill.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and your data stays safe.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice.
Do you have discounts?
Enter a deal code at payment.
How do I add workers from a spreadsheet?
Download our template, fill in one row per worker, then use 'Import a spreadsheet' on the Workers page.
